Our applications (including CueDesk Pro, RigMaster 3D, and BackTrack Intercom) are licensed, not sold. Users are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to run software binaries on designated theatrical production hardware.
While software tools such as RigMaster 3D provide advanced structural modeling, software calculations MUST be reviewed and verified by a licensed Structural Engineer or certified Master Rigger prior to lifting physical equipment overhead. Jollyporchbackstag accepts no liability for improper hardware rigging or operator execution error.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
